Voice Yoga helps people to peacefully reside in the sacred space held deep within them and in doing that, freeing the voice and the body from the entrapments of the human mind.
Voice Yoga sessions provide a space free of judgement or expectation. It is about getting to know yourself and expressing yourself fully by realising and releasing your voice.
