Voice Yoga uses the voice as a way of connecting more deeply with the self.
It creates space for people to gently explore the relationship between voice, body and mind, supporting a sense of presence, ease and expression beyond habitual patterns or self-judgement.
Voice Yoga sessions offer a space free of judgement or expectation. They invite participants to get to know their voice more fully and to express themselves with greater freedom and authenticity.
I began conceptualising Voice Yoga in 2018, and following my return from my fourth period of studying Hindustani singing in India, I began facilitating sessions the following year. For more information, please visit https://www.voiceyoga.co.uk.
